KOV Company s.r.o. is the controller of personal data collected through this website, processed in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

WHAT WE COLLECTDetails you submit through the contact form or newsletter – name, e-mail, phone, company and your message – plus basic technical data about your visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).
WHY WE COLLECT ITTo respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, send the digest you subscribed to, and meet our legal obligations. Never sold, never used for unrelated marketing.
HOW LONG WE KEEP ITEnquiry data for up to 12 months after our last exchange; client records for the periods required by Czech accounting and tax law; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
WHO SEES ITOur team and vetted processors that run our hosting and e-mail. Authorities only where the law requires it. No transfers outside the EU/EEA.
YOUR RIGHTSAccess, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection – write to info@kovsro.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
